For more than 20 years, The Real World, Road Rules, and its competitive spin-off, The Challenge, have brought together some of the most memorable reality TV hookups. But what's more surprising is that many of these couples are still together — some with children!

Although the shows are better known for drunken hot tub threesomes than long-term relationships, there have been several cast members throughout the Real World/Road Rules franchise who have happily found love. Take Sean Duffy and Rachel Campos, for instance. The two met during a Real World/Road Rules mash-up show back in 1998. The show captured their blooming romance in typical reality TV fashion — make-out sessions, hand-holding, confession-room flirting. But fans were shocked when not only did Sean and Rachel stay together, they got married and had children — eight of them, to be exact!
And it doesn't stop there. Fan-favorite couple Melinda Stolp and Danny Jamieson also tied the knot after getting engaged during a Real World reunion show. The couple had an instant spark when they first met during The Real World: Austin, even though Danny had a girlfriend back home. That didn't stop the two lovebirds, though. They were clearly meant to be together as Melinda stood by Danny's side as he dealt with various hardships, such as getting a black eye from a bar fight and even losing his mother.
After the show, the two got engaged and later married. Happily ever after, right? Not so fast.
"My advice now for anyone going on The Real World, don't be with somebody," Melinda said in 2012. "Your whole life changes!"
