Harvey Weinstein has reportedly been questioned by the NYPD about sexual assault after a model named Ambra Battilana accused the acclaimed producer of groping her during a "business meeting" held at his office on Friday, March 27.
Sources tell the ‘Daily News’ the model alleges the Oscar winner, 63, tricked her into coming to his office — under the guise of talking business. When she arrived at his Manhattan workplace, he reportedly groped her breasts and reached up her skirt.
A police source tells the ‘Daily News,’ “He asked if her breasts were real before touching them. She asked him to stop, and he put his hand up her skirt. He asked for a kiss; she responded, ‘No.’”
The pair had met at the red carpet premiere for Radio City’s “New York Spring Spectacular,” which he produced, on Thursday, March 26.

Another source with the NYPD claims she went to a friend following the incident. From there, the pal took her to the police station in the East Village. Authorities then redirected her to a local, TriBeCa police department where she was able to report the incident.
Police then called him in for questioning. As of Monday, March 30, the alleged victim was working with authorities to determine whether or not she’ll press charges.
Harvey — a married father-of-two — and his brother are co-chairmen of The Weinstein Company. He has an estimated net worth of $200 million, and took home an Oscar for producing ‘Shakespeare in Love.’
After he was brought in for questioning over the weekend, the media mogul asked to speak to his lawyer and was allowed to leave the precinct.
