Flaunting her baby bump in a tight black Kardashian Kollection studded dress and stilettos, new photos of the mom-to-be show Kim gallivanting around LA— pumping her gas, going out to lunch and picking up ice cream with her mom
— while filming episodes of her hit E! show

But is it too soon? After her health scare, doctors gave Kim orders to take it easy and get plenty of rest. By the looks of things, the 5-months pregnant star seems to be doing the opposite.

While her growing belly is noticeably bigger in the curve-hugging ensemble, the 32-year-old is still looking fit and fab. Just this morning, Kim blogged about how she’s staying healthy while pregnant.
“Keeping a healthy lifestyle has always been important to me and now it’s even more important because I am looking out for someone else’s well being other than just my own,” she wrote. “I’ve been researching recipes and healthy eating tricks to make sure that I get the right nutrition now that I’m eating for two! For me it’s about maintaining a well-balanced eating and fitness plan.”

Kim also mentions that her friend, celebrity fitness guru
, sent her a copy of his book
The Body Reset Diet
, which Kim claims “will give you the tools you need to restart the way you are eating and boost your metabolism.”
But this isn’t the first we’ve heard of Kim’s determination to stay toned with a bun in the oven. “Tracy Anderson is keeping me in shape!” she told fans of the celebrity trainer right after she revealed her pregnancy. “She is helping me make the adjustments necessary to keep me feeling happy, healthy and most importantly create a workout plan that is safe for the baby.”
In addition, Kim recently recruited the help of her fans, asking them how to dress her pregnant body.

“For me, I've found that I've gained inches and I've gotten wider but my belly hasn't popped yet, so I struggle finding things that don't make me look heavy," she wrote in her blog. "I want to share my own personal experiences with you guys along the way. Does anyone know any good dressing tips for pregnancy?”
