The music is over for legendary rock producer Phil Spector. In his second
trial, the former hit maker was convicted by an LA jury on April 13 of
second-degree murder and using a firearm in committing a crime in the
death of actress Lana Clarkson more than six years ago. Phil could face 15 years
to life in prison after sentencing commences on May 29.
Blond beauty Lana, who had met the mogul at the House of Blues just hours
earlier, was found dead of a gunshot wound to the head at Phil’s Alhambra
mansion on February 3, 2003.
