After a long, drawn out battle — it's finally over!

Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks reached a divorce settlement with her soon-to-be ex-husband Apollo Nida. The former couple went back and forth for nearly three years in a heated exchange over the details of their divorce — like spousal support and how they would divide their property — but now they've finally come to an agreement.

Even though their settlement is confidential, TMZ reported, they did have a prenuptial agreement in place and the reason why it took so long to finalize the divorce is that Apollo wanted a judge to throw out the prenup and start from scratch.

Also included in their settlement is a custody agreement since the couple shares seven-year-old son Ayden and four-year-old son Dylan together. Phaedra and Apollo will share joint legal custody of their children, and Phaedra was awarded primary physical custody of her sons.

But since Apollo — who has been engaged to another woman since last November — is currently in jail serving eight years in prison for a money laundering scheme, the only form of contact he can have with his children is a weekly phone call.

Their settlement comes four months after a judge reversed their initial divorce ruling from November 2016 because there were issues with the original paperwork after Phaedra misspelled Apollo's last name, according to TMZ. The judge also pointed out that Apollo was misled to think that he would be able to attend divorce hearings from prison, which was not true, and he was never given documentation that the divorce was finalized. Phaedra responded to the reversal in a statement via her attorney Steve Honig.

"It's very confusing why a man who is engaged and enjoys frequent visits with his fiancée would work so aggressively to avoid ending his marriage," the statement read. "Regardless, Phaedra is reviewing her options with her attorney to determine the most efficient path toward ending this marriage so she can move forward and focus on raising strong, healthy and happy children."
