When Kris Jenner isn’t managing her daughters’ careers or planning her impending takeover of the world, homegirl likes to cook apparently.
So much so that she wrote a cookbook.
And in the days since In the Kitchen With Kris: A Kollection of Kardashian-Jenner Family Favorites hit the stands, she’s amassed some pretty nasty reviews on Amazon (where it’s currently rated a not-so-impressive 2.2 stars).
“I would rather read a cookbook written by ISIS,” one of the many one-star reviews read. Another — which five people flagged as “helpful” — declared, “Okay, so you figure, ‘How bad could it be?’ Let me tell you. Eat the book itself, it will taste better than the recipes within.”
And it only gets worse.

“The recipes in here are bland and tasteless,” one reviewer wrote. “I made the macaroni and cheese, and you would think with all the different varieties of cheese used, it would be flavorful, but instead I got a very expensive, unedible [sic] mass of oily noodles.”
Another disappointed reviewer wrote, “Save your money. Buy a real cookbook written by someone who actually cooks.”
On that note, any chance we can get the chef who occasionally pops up on Keeping Up With the Kardashians a book deal?
