It’s been less than a month since Bruce Jenner came out as transgender, and people are already trying to take advantage of the 65-year-old and his plight.
According to TMZ, a man named Phillip Maltin has trademarked the word “TransJenner” and plans on creating a line of men’s and women’s clothing — which will include athletic gear, socks, headbands, jerseys, ties, dresses, blouses and more.

Mr. Maltin tells the site that his intention is “not to be salacious,” but TMZ alleges he failed to explain why that wasn’t the case — and, well, we’re having a hard time buyin’ it!
Additionally, Mr. Maltin says he’s open to partnering with the Keeping Up With the Kardashians star — but we don’t expect to see that anytime soon…
