Peaches Geldof was found dead today at her home in Kent, England just outside London.
The daughter of musician Bob Geldof and Paula Yates was just 25-years-old.
Details surrounding the death are unclear, but law enforcement officials say a woman called in and said she couldn’t reach the British socialite, so they dispatched an ambulance and her body was found.
Peaches leaves behind two young sons, Astala, nearly 2, and Phaedra, nearly 1, her children with husband Thomas Cohen.
"My beloved wife Peaches was adored by myself and her two sons Astala and Phaedra and I shall bring them up with their mother in their hearts everyday. We shall love her forever. Thomas Astala and Phaedra Geldof-Cohen,” the musician said in a statement.
The TV presenter was very active on social media and had just posted videos and photos of her sons over the weekend.
The news comes just one day after she paid tribute to her late mother, who died from a drug overdose in 2000, on Instagram.
“Me and my mum.”
“Peaches has died. We are beyond,” her father Bob, the main behind the famous Live Aid concerts, said in a statement. “She was the wildest, funniest cleverest, wittiest and the most bonkers of all of us. Writing ‘was’ destroys me afresh. What a beautiful child.
"How is this possible that we will not see her again? How is that bearable? We loved her and will cherish her forever. How sad that sentence is. Tom and her sons Astala and Phaedra will always belong in our family, fractured so often, but never broken. Bob, Jeanne, Fifi, Pixie and Tiger Geldof."
