Paris wants to use her
fame "in a good way"
She's got less than a week left in prison, then Paris Hilton will be coming out a changed woman. In an interview with Ryan Seacrest, the heiress talks about how she's now appreciative of the simple things in life. "I'm so much more grateful for everything that I have, even just to have a pillow at night or food or anything," says Paris. "My gratitude has gone up so much." She's also reconsidering her pre-prison life. "I think there're a lot of bad people that I was around, and I don't want to surround myself with those types of people anymore," she admits. "I just want to start using what I've been given by God to bring light to causes that I believe in. I want to use my fame in a good way." As for what she'll do as soon as she gets out of jail: "I will definitely get a good meal, because the food in here is absolutely inedible and horrible. I just can't wait to see my family and have a nice meal and be in my own bed and appreciate all the things I took for granted and never really thought much about."
