America has fallen in love with the Busby family — and so have we! The stars of TLC’s hit show OutDaughtered have invited fans into their home (not literally) to see what life is like when you have six daughters, all under the age of seven. Adam — the only male in the household — certainly has his hands full. Yet with his wife, Danielle, by his side, the two make a strong team and are able to manage the chaos effectively. Watch the video below to learn more about the quintuplets and their sister, Blayke!

Adam recently revealed on Twitter that he suffered from postpartum depression (PPD) following the birth of the quintuplets. After receiving surprising backlash from fans who told him to “man up,” he fired back and said, “You know that depression isn’t a choice?” he tweeted. “Exposing my flaws for the sake that it might help others on a worldwide stage? No, that’s not strong at all.” Yaaasss.

Danielle commended his bravery on Instagram and said in a post, “I’m so proud of my Buzz [Adam] for accepting what is real and admitting it! It’s OK to NOT be OK! May God use you Buzz to speak to others who are going through the same thing you are. It’s not easy to admit struggles but it’s courageous of you. I love you to the moon and back and will ALWAYS be by your side.” Sigh, so sweet.

The couple — who met when Danielle was just a teenager — are partners in life and in business. They recently partnered with two other couples to launch an indoor cycling studio earlier this month. In an interview with StyleBlueprint, Danielle said, “I’m excited to be getting involved in the fitness industry because it’s a passion of ours. We’re going into it with two other couples, who are great business people but also great friends of ours.” She added, “I look at nothing but greatness because failure is not an option.” And we’re excited to see more of the Busbys!

Tune in to OutDaughtered, airing Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EST on TLC.
