Tiffany Haddish, Margot Robbie, and More Best Dressed Stars on the Oscars Red Carpet!

The Academy Awards are finally here — and the biggest names in Hollywood are bringing their fashion A-game. Unlike the blackout on the Golden Globes, the 2018 Oscars red carpet is definitely more playful and color is making a comeback.

Laura Linney, Margot Robbie, and Jane Fonda all opted for flawless white dresses while Allison Williams, Elisabeth Moss, and Gina Rodriguez went with more subtle nude tones. However, no one took more of a fashion risk than Tiffany Haddish, who rocked an authentic Eritrean princess gown to honor her roots.

“Now, my father died last year, and before he died he said, ‘Always make sure you represent your people,'” she told The Hollywood Reporter. “I want to wear this dress (from a designer in the African country of Eritrea) to pay homage to my father.”

However, that doesn’t mean there aren’t bold colors on the red carpet. Presenter Eiza Gonzalez looked stunning in a bright yellow gown while Viola Davis proved pink is timeless. And fashion aside, it doesn’t seem like celebs are giving Ryan Seacrest the cold shoulder — despite his recent sexual misconduct allegations. Recently, Jennifer Lawrence revealed she was not sure if she would speak to the popular TV host.

“I think it is scary, you know. He has not been to trial for anything. I am not a judge. I am not a jury, you know. I don’t know… That is where this stuff gets tricky,” she told Howard Stern. “I can’t imagine him being sexual.” Ryan has denied the allegations. “Variety published a salacious story that revealed the specific claims against me for the first time — even though an independent third-party investigator found insufficient evidence to support the claims,” he said. “I don’t want to accuse anyone of not telling the truth but in this case, I have no choice but to again deny the claims against me, remind people that I was recused of any wrongdoing, and put the matter to rest.”

The show must go on. For a look at all the stars on the 2018 red carpet, keep scrolling through the gallery below!
