O.J. Simpson was arrested Sunday in Las Vegas on multiple counts of robbery, including two counts of robbery with a deadly weapon, two counts of assault with a deadly weapon, conspiracy to commit a crime and burglary with a firearm. The former footballer was arrested for trying to rob items that used to belong to him, including his NFL Hall of Fame certificate and a photo of him with J. Edgar Hoover. O.J. described the alleged armed robbery, which happened on Thursday at the Palace Station casino and hotel, as his own personal "sting operation." He told the Associated Press, "The police, since my trouble, have not worked out for me." O.J. could face up to three to 35 years per count if he's convicted.
