Noah Cyrus Arrives at the MTV Movie & TV Awards 2017 Amid Plastic Surgery Rumors

It looks like tonight Noah Cyrus is commanding attention at the MTV Movie & TV Awards 2017 — and it’s all thanks to her changing look!

The 17-year-old pop star, who is the younger sister of twerk queen Miley Cyrus, posed on the red carpet alongside her father, Billy Ray Cyrus.

This comes on the heels of In Touch‘s exclusive discussion with plastic surgeon Dr. Vartan Mardirossian, who has never treated Noah, who provided insight regarding speculation that this teen went under the knife.

“She has significantly increased facial volumes (cheeks, upper and lower lip, and chin) and her eyebrows appear to be higher,” the doc explained.

“It looks like she may have had fillers in her cheeks and lips and possibly a chin implant. Instead of fillers, she may have had cheek implants,” Dr. Andrew Miller, who also hasn’t treated her, agreed.
