When we first met Nikki Webster on My 600-lb Life, she weighed 650 pounds and had difficulty accomplishing even the most mundane tasks. However, after undergoing life-saving gastric bypass surgery, the Little Rock, AR native now has a second shot at life.
In an interview with People Magazine in May, the 34-year-old opened up about her old life after dropping an incredible 450 pounds. "It’s hard to imagine now how I used to live. It’s just become so vastly different. It’s been hard. It has been the hardest two years of my life, but it’s been the most victorious and exciting."
Prior to losing weight, however, Nikki felt ashamed of the way she looked and was even banned from seeing her sister's children in case her weight "distressed" them. She said at the time, "My weight is debilitating. My body is so painful, I hate it. But I say this to myself. Food is an addiction to me and my addiction is killing me."

These days, however, Nikki sticks to a healthy diet and workout routine. "I do a lot of walking, that’s my favorite thing to do,” she revealed. “I’ll walk at least 2 to 3 miles a day or I try to. I’ll also try to do weight training and that kind of thing. I go to the gym every now and then and do those sorts of things."
She added that's it's not always easy to stick to, though. "Consistency is the most important part of all this and if you don’t have it then it’s really difficult to be successful. While I’ve been able to be consistent, it’s still difficult. Consistency and balance. Balancing my work, which is demanding, and balancing the social lifestyle that I have now, then balancing family... That’s the most difficult part of it all, balancing and being consistent." Somehow she manages to make it work. Keep it up, girl — you're an inspiration to us all!

Christina was 708 pounds when she first appeared on the show in 2014. After getting gastric bypass surgery, she dropped to 183 pounds. However, in her 2016 "Where Are They Now?" special, the 25-year-old admitted to still feeling like she was 700 pounds and often went days without eating if she gained any weight.
"My fear of gaining weight has crippled me," she said in 2016. "But I have to move past that fear if I want to live my life."
She doesn't have any social media accounts of her own, but she sometimes appears in other My 600-lb Life cast members' accounts looking strikingly different from her old self.
