Nick Carter can’t seem to catch a break.
A new report claims the 35-year-old is facing more legal woes — as Key West-based bouncer Skylar Carden filed a lawsuit claiming he was physically assaulted by the singer outside the Hog's Breath Saloon.

TMZ reports that the bouncer is arguing that during the incident — which landed Nick in jail for misdemeanor battery — Nick caused Skylar “mental anguish, pain and suffering” when he attacked the bouncer, which was prompted after the dad-to-be was kicked out of the establishment for “unruly and disrespectful” behavior.
Skylar’s lawyer claims he was just doing his job and didn’t deserve to be hit and choked.
The Backstreet Boy broke his silence following the arrest on Saturday with a series of tweets.

Nick’s inner circle is allegedly concerned following the future parent's mishap.
“Everyone’s worried. This fall, his stint on Dancing with the Stars got him back in the vibe of Hollywood,” a source exclusively told In Touch last week. “Nick needs to stop partying.”
