Mariah Carey doesn't seem too fazed by estranged husband Nick Cannon's desire to get back together after months of being separated, but that doesn't mean he's going to stop gushing about her to the media now, does it?
Nope. The 'America's Got Talent' host opened up on 'The Meredith Vieira Show' about his relationship with the famed songstress — and despite being linked to other women since their split, it doesn't seem like he's totally ready to move on.
“It’s one of those things, I’m a hopeless romantic, too,” he said. “Through this learning process, you never say never. To me one thing I know, that will always be the love of my life, always be my family and that’s never going to change.”

This isn't the first time the father-of-two brought up that "never say never" motto. That was also his response last week when asked by 'TMZ' reporters if there was a chance for a reconciliation between the former power couple.
But the feelings aren't mutual. Just yesterday, it was reported the 'We Belong Together' singer, who is releasing a new album, is not on board with a Mariah/Nick reunion. And although she doesn't have any hard feelings towards the 34-year-old, it's just not going to happen.
So actually in this case, Nick, we WOULD say never.
