Wherever Jenelle Evans and Nathan Griffith go, drama seems to follow.
According to a new report, the ‘Teen Mom 2’ star’s fiancé has been arrested for and charged with criminal domestic violence on Wednesday afternoon. The pair had been involved in an incident at their home in Socastee, S.C., earlier that day around 4:45 a.m.
Lt. Raul Denis of the Horry County Police tells local news channel WBTW, "There was some kind of physical assault – although it may have been minor.”
No further details have been provided.

‘Us Weekly’ reports Jenelle was supposed to attend a custody case to regain custody of her five-year-old son Jace from her mother, Barbara Evans, but postponed it to attend a couples counseling session with Nathan instead.

The arrest comes just days after Jenelle was placed behind bars – her eleventh time since she began filming the MTV show in 2009 – for driving without a license and amid rumors the couple have been “constantly fighting.” Nathan also has his fair share of run-ins with the law; he was slapped with his third DUI back in September 2013.
