He’s been arrested — again!
An attorney for Teen Mom 2 star Nathan Griffith confirmed the 27-year-old former Marine turned himself in to authorities yesterday after a warrant was issued for his arrest late last month.

His ex, Jenelle Evans, 24, filed charges against her ex after she claimed he stole her car.
Authorities in Wilmington, N.C. told Radar he was released on an unsecured bond — meaning he didn’t have to put up any money, instead he just had to promise to attend all of his court dates.
Lieutenant Jerry Brewer of Hanover County Sheriff’s Office explained that this is an unusual situation, because North Carolina is one of few states where a citizen (in this case, Jenelle) can go to a magistrate (i.e. a judge or officer) and obtain a warrant for the arrest of another citizen (Nathan).

“Ms. Evans, after speaking to law enforcement, then went to the New Hanover County magistrate’s office and swore out a warrant,” Ms. Milliken explained. “What that means is that law enforcement did not issue this warrant. This was something that Jenelle Evans did on her own initiative.”
Neither Nathan nor Jenelle has addressed the arrest.
