Kate Middleton may be a royal, but she’s not alone in her pregnancy misery!
The Dutchess of Cambridge was released from the hospital on Dec. 6, after nearly four days of treatment for Hyperemesis Gravidarum — a severe form of morning sickness, but Kate’s not the first star to fall ill from a baby on the way.
While pregnant with her now 5-month-old baby Penelope, Kourtney Kardashian admitted that she, too, was a victim of morning sickness.
“The beginning was different because I had a lot more morning sickness than last time,” she said of her second pregnancy. “I was also more tired but that's probably because I'm chasing after a toddler most of the time.”
But Kourtney is just the tip of the iceberg. Tons of other celebrities have battled— and are just beginning to battle— nausea from morning sickness. In fact, the same day that the expecting dutchess was admitted to King Edward VII Hospital in Central London, pregnant Playboy model Holly Madison was also hospitalized in LA for the same ailments.
"Almost seven months and morning sickness took hold!” Holly tweeted Dec. 3. “Glad to be otherwise OK, though." She also posted an Instagram photo of her Converse sneakers, while she rested in the ER with an IV in her arm. "Thank you for all the get well wishes! Keeping me entertained -- forgot to bring a book with me," she continued.
And the list just goes on and on!
Tons of stars have been in the same boat as Kate, so take a peek into maternity misery with our gallery of other celebs who've suffered from morning sickness.
