As if things weren't bad enough for Lindsay Lohan, who returned to rehab after crashing her car and being photographed passed out a couple of days later, the star is being sued over an October 2005 accident when she crashed her car into a parked van in Beverly Hills. Lindsay was in her Mercedes when she hit a car while making an illegal U-turn before driving into the parked van. Florian Loeckle, CEO of Grandeur, Inc., which owns the van, is suing Lindsay for $3,624.84 in damages. At the time, Lindsay's rep said she was fleeing paparazzi, but the LA County Sheriff's Department issued a statement saying that "paparazzi were not a factor in the traffic collision." Will troubles never cease for the beleaguered Lindsay?
