Miami is known as the American Riviera. Surrounded by the sea, the city is filled with mansions, millionaires and mega yachts. This playground for the rich and famous is home to Christopher Leavitt, star of Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing Miami.
We asked Christopher why he, and fellow celebrities like Enrique Iglesias, Anna Kournikova, Shakira, Adriana Lima, and billionaires like Oprah and Carl Ichan call Miami home.
“Miami is one of the most beautiful locations in the world” says Christopher, “You have every luxury at your doorstep, beautiful oceanfront properties, fabulous restaurants and gorgeous people, what’s not to like?”
Indeed, Miami's ocean breezes, nightlife and cultural scene appeal to many of the world's rich and has become a choice city for the international elite.

“People from all over the world have second and third homes in Miami, it is the winter destination for the rich and famous because you can always count on warm, beautiful weather,” says Christopher.

With private islands, mega mansions, and all the luxury indulgences money can buy, Miami is the perfect setting for Christopher’s television series, currently airing in the US on Bravo, Wednesdays at 9 p.m. ET.
