Just days ago, on Dec. 30, Miley Cyrus seemed excited for the March issue of Love Magazine, which featured her on the cover, to come out and even posted a preview of the cover on her Instagram. Her mood quickly got bitter after reports online surfaced featuring Miley slamming Beyoncé.
But now, Miley is taking to Twitter to set the record straight—and she’s claiming the quotes were fabricated!
“That quote people MADE UP about Beyoncé just made me [laugh out loud],” the 21-year-old wrote on Twitter.
According to online reports, Miley told Love Magazine, “Beyoncé has been a big inspiration to me but she’s been out for such a long time… I got the total package, you know, the curves, the rhythm, and the voice. I’m just the best.”

Still, the “Wrecking Ball” songstress seemed frustrated by the situation.
“How are people allowed to make up sh*t and then put quotes around it saying I said that sh*t,” she asked her Twitter followers.

Miley has never been afraid to say what she’s thinking—and is well aware of the drama that has surrounded her the past few months; still, she’s determined to set the record straight.
“Don’t worry, getting to the bottom of this sh*t,” she tweeted. “Making the liar retract the statement. You can cause A LOT of drama but NOT between me and B!”
