We definitely saw Sitch with his fair share of girls during his time on the MTV reality series — including an on-again, off-again fling with Paula, but it turns out he has known Lauren for a long time. She recently told a fan on Twitter that they were “working on” starting their family — so of course, we had to ask if that meant they started trying!
