Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino has been charged with $8.9 million tax fraud.
The charges were brought against the reality star and brother Marc earlier Wednesday, both of who have been named in a seven-count indictment over failure to pay taxes in the state of New Jersey.
That's right, The Situation has earned at least $9 million in his lifetime.
The Jersey Shore star and his brother have apparently failed to pay taxes for the past four years, and are being charged with, among other things, conspiracy and filing false tax returns.
The two men, who can currently be seen on the TVGN show The Sorrentinos, have had their fair share of legal problems of late, with police being called to the tanning salon the family owns this past July and arresting Mike after he got into an altercation with his other brother, Frank.
He was sentenced to 12 weeks in anger management as a result of the incident. Neither Mike or his brother have commented yet on these charges.
