'Radar Online' states after a fight with his ex girlfriend, the 69-year-old was hit with three misdemeanors — one domestic battery, one false imprisonment, and one "for a person who unlawfully and maliciously removes, injures, destroys, damages, or obstructs the use of any wireless communication device with the intent to prevent the use of the device to summon assistance or notify law enforcement or any public safety agency of a crime.”

He pled no contest and received a protective order that was in place until last January. All charges were dismissed in May 2013 “in the interest of furthering justice.”
Michael plays Thanassis on the hot new drama, which focuses on a family that's forever changed when a stranger slaps their misbehaving child.
'The Slap' airs on Thursdays at 10 p.m. on 'NBC.'
