Celebrity trainer and nutritionist Charlene Ciardiello — who hasn’t worked with the actress — says an exercise plan involving interval training and a regimen of eating salads and healthy proteins is key to Mel’s success!
“Hit the pavement or treadmill for 20 to 30 minutes, alternating between walking or jogging for a minute, then running or sprinting for a minute,” Charlene says.
