According to a new report by TMZ, Megan Fox will likely have to pay spousal support to Brian Austin Green following the finalization of their divorce.

As In Touch Weekly previously reported, it was speculated that the mom-of-two, 29, would pay spousal support to her husband, 42, not only because of the disparity of their incomes, but also because he sustained an injury that allegedly keeps him from working.

Now, it’s being reported that he has barely worked since he was in a collision with a drunk driver back in December. Though they reportedly weren’t injured at the time, it allegedly triggered a serious medical condition — vertigo — for Brian, and it’s apparently impacted his ability to work.

Sources say his vertigo is so bad, he can’t always get out of bed — adding that he hasn’t acted since the accident.

As it was previously reported, Megan and Brian allegedly didn’t have a pre-nup — so all assets acquired during their five-year marriage are expected to be divided evenly.
