Rapper Meek Mill will be spending a lot of time at home in the coming months.
Meek, whose real name is Robert Williams, managed to avoid a jail sentence, but faces at least three months of house arrest for violating his parole, according to Daily Mail.
A Philadelphia-based judge sentenced the rapper to begin serving his house arrest on March 1, after the star, and boyfriend of Nicki Minaj, was found in violation of the parole terms set in a 2009 gun and drug arrest.

"I just want to ask you for a chance to turn that corner and be a changed man," Meek said to the judge before the sentencing. "You said you saw something in me...I want to prove you right. I believe I can be the bright star you intended me to be."
The judge ruled that the 28-year-old star may not work during the three-month house arrest, after which she will re-evaluate and determine if more time should be added, and he must complete community service projects daily that help adults.
He is not allowed to have contact, or work in projects with, younger people who may be fans.
