And baby makes three! Married at First Sight star Shawniece Jackson is pregnant and expecting her first child with husband Jephte Pierre. The reality star shared the exciting just ahead of the Season 6 finale.

"When I found out I was pregnant, I was absolutely shocked," Shawniece told People magazine. "I was in the emergency room because I felt awful and had no idea what was wrong. They came back and told me all my symptoms were from pregnancy and that I was pregnant. I was totally shocked." She went onto explain, how despite the surprise, she always wanted to be a mom.

"I’ve always felt like that's my purpose in life — to recreate some little Shawnieces in life,” she added. "I think it’s the greatest gift a woman can have. Life is a beautiful thing!" Shawniece and Jephte are already puppy parents to their furry baby Keke.

Fans of the TLC reality dating show will remember married life did not come easy for the newlyweds. Shortly after tying the knot, Shawniece and Jephte were caught on camera fighting non-stop, and Jephte even chose to sleep on the floor in a different room of their apartment at one point. "You just close me out instead of allowing me to be in," Shawniece said at the time. "And I'm tired of feeling like, that I'm not wanted, that's the worst feeling in the world."

However, fast forward a few months and Shawniece couldn't help but gush about her hubby on social media. "Before I go to bed for the first time in life I have a spouse on #NationalSpousesDay," she wrote. "We put ourselves out there and hearts on the line to be #MarriedAtFirstSight for the world to see." On last night's finale, the couple also confirmed that they were staying married, with Shawniece telling Jephte, "We both challenge each other. We both make each other stronger, and together, we will be unstoppable."
