Extra co-host Maria Menounos can’t get over how eating fewer gluten and dairy products has improved her health. “I've never had more energy in my life,” she tells In Touch. For the past three months, Maria has also been using portion-controlled meal-delivery service The Fresh Diet (thefreshdiet.com) to keep her diet on track. “I love the veggie cutlets with goat cheese,” she recently tweeted. Along with eating right, Maria stays fit by starting her day off with yoga. “I feel really puts me in the right mood and right mentality for the day,” she tells In Touch.
