The fate of Madonna's youngest, David Banda, is still in the air. The final ruling on Madge and husband Guy Ritchie's adoption of Malawi native David was supposed to happen today, but it has been postponed to next week. The Malawian Human Rights Commission filed a protest report with the court, deeming the adoption illegal, as would-be parents must reside in Malawi for at least 18 months, according to the country's current adoption laws. In light of the report, the judge postponed his final decision to next week. Madonna's legal team is not sweating it, though. "I'm confident that the adoption will go through, because my client has met all the requirements and the government is satisfied that she qualifies," her attorney told reporters.
