Madonna files suit


With her expanding brood, it's no wonder Madonna is looking to spread out. But the queen of pop hasn't exactly been getting the royal treatment from her co-op board in New York City, which is trying to block her from purchasing an adjacent seventh floor apartment in the Central Park West building where she owns a 6,000-square-foot duplex. Yet the Material Mom is intent on getting what she wants: Madonna filed suit against her co-op board yesterday in Manhattan Supreme Court, seeking to have the sale go through and her legal fees paid.
