Remember when Maci Bookout shamed her former Teen Mom OG co-star Farrah Abraham for getting naked and releasing her own adult film? Well, the tables have turned and now Maci will be the one stripping down for her upcoming appearance on Naked and Afraid.
Following the release of Farrah Superstar: Backdoor Teen Mom, Maci made it very clear she did not approve of Farrah’s extracurricular activities and claimed her son was exposed to bullying because of her affiliation with the porn star. “I don’t judge Farrah or dislike her, but Bentley’s in kindergarten. So kids already ask him about being on TV. And now it’s like ‘Oh, is your mom the one who did a sex tape? Is your mom the one who did a porn?'” Maci said on an episode of Teen Mom OG in 2015.

The two eventually got into a fight on the MTV series and Maci refused to apologize. “I’m not going to change what I think is right for my own son just because I hurt your feelings,” she added. Maci even threatened to quit TMOG when it was revealed that Farrah would be returning. “If this is true, I’m done,” she said on the show. “I’m not doing this anymore. I’m not going to have my 6-year-old son on a show with someone who did porn.”
Her husband Taylor McKinney went on to explain why Maci was so angry about Farrah’s porn past. “Everything that [Maci]’s trying to build and the message that she’s trying to portray — that being a young mother is hard — she feels like every time she takes a step forward in that, being linked to Farrah it takes her two steps back,” he added. (Maci obviously never handed in resignation).
So, it is no surprise that Farrah is now calling out her former co-star for appearing on a series in her birthday suit — even if it is not sexual in nature. “The irony of this is hilarious,” she told The Ashley’s Reality Roundup. “Hopefully, she has fun on her pornographic show; [it] sounds tragic.”
Seeing as Maci’s episode has already been filmed, Farrah’s criticism won’t have any impact on her performance on the survival series, but she did have to reassure her son that she would be just fine spending 21 days in the wilderness of Nicaragua. “I can survive without a man. I promise,” she reassured Bentley on a recent episode of Teen Mom OG.
