She’s taking a plea deal. Real Housewives of New York star Luann de Lesseps was scheduled to attend a court hearing on May 25 for sentencing in her December 2017 arrest for disorderly intoxication, but she did not have to show up because she’s worked out a deal instead.

At the time of her arrest, she was charged with four felonies and one misdemeanor with battery on an officer, disorderly intoxication, resisting arrest with violence, and crimes against a person. But since she will be pleading guilty to the misdemeanor counts of disorderly intoxication and trespassing, her felony counts of resisting arrest, disorderly intoxication and battery on a law enforcement officer will be dropped, according to the Daily Mail.

In an assistant attorney’s statement obtained by local paper the Palm Beach Post, the 52-year-old slammed a door and kicked at least one police officer. She also threatened local law enforcement by yelling, “I’m going to kill you all” right before her arrest, which earned her two corruption by threat charges. The video footage of her arrest was released in April.

But Luann has had no prior history of offenses and she was released without bond on her own recognizance from Palm Beach County Jail later on Sunday morning. She was allowed to return to New York, but she is due back in a Palm Beach Court on Jan. 26. Luann was advised to hire an attorney from Palm Beach to represent her in her upcoming court date, and Judge Ted Booras advised Luann not to incriminate herself when he suggested that she may have a drinking problem. “Don’t say anything,” he told her.

Luann’s arrest took place on the nearly one-year anniversary of her New Year’s Eve wedding to her ex-husband Tom D’Agostino, which also took place in Palm Beach. Just seven months after they tied the knot, Luanna announced that she and Tom were divorcing and their divorce was finalized in October.

“It’s what we both decided upon in the end, and even though we decided that, it’s sad,” she told People at the time. “It’s an end to something that was so, so incredible. And I just, I’ve got a lot of emotions. I don’t even know what to say. I mean, it’s sad. It’s sad for me, but I’m putting myself to work, keeping myself busy, and trying to move past it and move on to the next chapter of my life.”
