The Little Women: LA star recently underwent spinal surgery — and she shared an Instagram photo of her recovery process.

“To all my family, friends, and adored fans. Thank you for all the prayers. It has been such a rough road for me and for my wonderful husband, daughter, mother, and father who have been taking care of me 24 hours nonstop since my surgery. Although spinal surgery is tricky to begin with, this was the first procedure of its type on a little person. I expected to be fully healed by now and back to normal. Sadly that is not the case. I wish everyone a safe and happy new year. Bring on 2017! Love, Christy,” she captioned the image.
Instagram users were incredibly supportive in the comments section.
“Speedy recovery, feel better, you’re a strong woman. I know you can get through this. We are here for you always, love you!” one user wrote.

“You have an amazing support system and sending prayers for a quick recovery time. Sometimes things take a bit longer to heal, but you have tons of fans and family and friends to guide you along. Sending love and prayers,” another agreed.
Some were even able to relate to her and shared their own experiences with surgery.
“Sending prayers and love and hope for a fast recovery @lilchristyrocks. I had a major back surgery, I am still recovering and I had it in April. So I hope yours is a faster recovery. Lots of love sent your way hun. Happy New Year to you and your family,” a fan revealed.
Another shared, “I hope you feel better soon! I know the struggles of spinal surgery. Just stay positive to get through this difficult time. You’re a strong woman, you got this!”
