The countdown to the birth of baby J has begun!

This season of Little People, Big World has been documenting Tori Roloff pregnancy and even though she already welcomed her son with husband Zach Roloff in May, tonight’s episode gives fans an inside look into the final days before they became a family of three.

In a sneak peek obtained by People, Zach and Tori discussed the realities of her impending C-section — since her son’s head was on the larger side, doctors advised her that surgery would be the best way for her to give birth.

“I kind of always have looked at birth as like, miserable,” Tori revealed in her confessional. “A C-section is just a different kind of miserable.”

Zach and Tori discussed the realities of her impending C-section, and she said that she hopes she can be “put out” under anesthesia while they perform her surgery. The expecting mom has been open in the past about how nervous she is about being on an operating table — but her hubby comforted her and said that she won’t be going through it alone.

“You’ll be okay babe, I’ll be by you,” he told her.

And Tori was not only worried about how she would react going through her C-section — she was also concerned about how Zach would react to watching the process. She told him he shouldn’t look because part of the procedure includes doctors removing her intestines and laying them out on the operating table.

“I just don’t want you to pass out,” she told her hubby. “You almost passed out getting a shot.”

But it looks like mommy, daddy, and baby all got through the birth process together, since Tori and Zach welcomed a healthy baby boy named Jackson last month — and they’ve been really enjoying every second of parenthood. Tori shared a recent photo on Instagram of baby J and Zach and the one-month-old is staring straight as his dad in the adorable shot.

“Ah the way Baby J already looks at his daddy. I choose to think this is a smile. Not just gas,” she wrote in the caption.
