For the most part, the Roloffs, of Little People, Big World fame, have managed to steer clear of the troubled path that haunts many reality stars — but the family has been involved in a handful of scandals!

Perhaps the most controversial of all involves 27-year-old Jeremy and his wife Audrey, who was introduced to fans more than five years ago as Jer's religious and wholesome girlfriend, and perhaps the least likely candidate for drama.

However, Jer and Auj — who became first-time parents when they gave birth to their first daughter, Ember, last September — found themselves in hot water after Audrey spoke out, condemning gay marriage on multiple occasions. The controversy first made headlines when CoverGirl announced their first "Cover Boy," James Charles, and Audrey posted on Instagram saying she was "confused" by the cosmetics giant's choice of spokesperson; when fans spoke out against her, she stood her ground and defended her stance, saying she disagreed with the “message" the company was putting out there.

It was later revealed that Audrey’s pastor, John Mark Comer, has been a vocal advocate against marriage equality, suggesting that homosexual people should opt to live a life of celibacy. When Jeremy and Audrey's blog dedicated to marriage and relationship advice, Beating 50 Percent, was criticized for their lack of representation of same-sex couples, she allegedly said that they "don't claim to be a resource for same-sex marriages" as it is "not something [they] agree with."

She allegedly wrote that members of LGBTQ community were welcome to read the site, but should "know that our content is not written to same-sex marriages, so to say that we don't offer advice for that side is accurate." In recent years, Audrey and Jeremy have not commented on their views of marriage equality.

Little People, Big World airs Tuesdays at 9 p.m. EST on TLC.
