More run-ins with officers for the Lohan family.
Lindsay Lohan's brother, Michael Lohan, Jr. was arrested in New York City for using a forged New York State "Executive Branch" on his car. The label allowed Lohan to park for free around the city, but when New York state police spotted the fake placard, the 27-year-old was placed under arrest.
Police noticed Lohan's 2015 Audi was parked in a metered zone outside of his Manhattan apartment building, but when asked, Lohan could not produce proof that he was employed by the Executive Branch.
Lohan was then charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument in the third degree and criminal impersonation in the second degree. He has been released.
Lohan reportedly is a fledging entrepreneur in the city, but has not commented on his recent run-in with the law. Older sister Lindsay, however, has announced a possible run for President, but has stayed mum on her brother's news.
