After a summer in the slammer, then a stint in court-ordered rehab, Lindsay Lohan is finally free to go home. However, the troubled starlet isn't likely to return to her carefree party girl life. While she once spent her nights in LA clubs, Lindsay is now required to stay at home, submit to random drug and alcohol testing, and attend multiple therapy sessions per week, according to the new judge assigned to her case. Despite the strict limitations to her freedom, the actress' lawyer claims she is hopeful about the future. "[Lindsay] is looking forward to beginning anew, and having a productive life and schedule," Shawn Chapman Holley told reporters after a court hearing on August 25 in LA. The star was originally ordered in July to 90 days in jail and an additional 90 days in a treatment center for a probation violation stemming from a 2007 DUI.
