If you do the crime, you do the time — unless of course you're Lindsay Lohan and get to pick and choose when you actually get punished for your actions.
Following her reckless driving incident, the 'Mean Girls' star, 28, reportedly faces a minimum of 30 days in jail if the judge finds she hasn't completed her community service hours by the agreed upon deadline.
A probation violation hearing is scheduled for Wednesday, Feb. 18, and Los Angles Deputy City Attorney Terry White is “expected to ask Judge Richard Stone to terminate Lindsay’s probation," which will result in the actress serving jail time due to "the lack of transparency regarding the completion of community service hours."

According to reports, Lindsay was allowed to serve her community service while she was in London, but the court is still waiting on the documents that prove the troubled star has actually completed the hours.
“These were very, very basic inquiries, such as how was Lindsay monitored, who supervised her work — it does seem odd that none of that information has been sent, especially since there is a court date scheduled for Feb. 18,” the source told 'Radar.'
