Despite being recently hospitalized with Chikungunya virus, Lindsay Lohan may still be sent to prison if she doesn't complete her community service hours by this Weds, Jan. 28. And no, doctors notes are not allowed.
The actress was originally ordered to 30 days of community service by Nov. 6, but failed to finish and was given a second chance. Now, she must complete all of her hours by her next court date — which happens to be in two days — or it's back to the slammer for poor LiLo.

The 28-year-old recently made headlines after she allegedly Photoshopped her revealing selfie before sharing it on Instagram. The 'Mean Girls' star posed in a long sleeved shirt and a thong, but fans quickly pointed out the background of the photo looked distorted, leading them to believe she toyed around with the pic before making it public.
