Is Lindsay Lohan headed for a comeback? Oh wait, she apparently already had a comeback—and we somehow must have missed it.

During the Ischia Global Film & Music Festival, LiLo was acknowledged for her work in the West End production of David Mamet’s play Speed The Plow—with the Ischia Comeback Award!

"Thank you for having me. Thank you, Pasquale. For five years before this I was in Capri with you, and a lot has happened since then, which I know and you know. I really appreciate it," she said during her acceptance speech.

"It's really lovely to be in a position like this and go through certain things in life that bring you back to a place where you can then speed into the plows of the new depths of your life. So I just wanna give my life my all.”

Even though the play doesn’t begin until late September at The Playhouse Theatre in London, the 28-year-old actress is supposedly in the middle of a comeback after going into rehab – multiple times – throughout her acting career.

If you remember, The Canyons star left rehab after three months in July 2013, in which she then embarked on a journey to change her life for the better while filming OWN’s Lindsay in New York.

Now that she’s thinking about moving to London permanently, her sister, Ali, is attempting to follow in her footsteps in the U.S.—but not as an actress. Like Lindsay, who debuted the album Speak in 2004, Ali wants to enter the msic industry.

According to TMZ, Ali has been writing songs and working with a singing coach. She and her mom, Dina, even went to Nashville last month to meet with producers, which led to an unsigned $120,000 contract from a label.

If Ali is really giving up her career as a fashion model for country music, she should really consider her competition, especially since Jamie Lynn Spears just entered the scene.
