Is Leah Messer from Teen Mom 2 engaged? That’s what fans are wondering after her co-star Kailyn Lowry shared an article seemingly congratulating her engagement on her Instagram on Saturday, Jan. 13. But the news doesn’t really seem to make sense because Leah isn’t even in a relationship!

The link that Kail shared leads to an article that claimed Leah was celebrating an engagement — but it’s not her engagement! Leah’s younger brother Isaac Messer got engaged to his girlfriend Emily Burt during a family dinner on Dec. 18, and Leah gushed over their exciting news on her Instagram page. “My hair was a little bit of a mess after the twins birthday party, but I’m so happy for my brother and his NOW fiancée!! CONGRATS guys,” the 25-year-old wrote in the caption on Instagram.

Leah is currently busy on a weekend trip with her twin daughters at a cheerleading competition in North Carolina so she has yet to respond to the rumors that were spread by her co-star, but this isn’t the first time that the Teen Mom franchise stars have shared misleading information about their fellow cast members. Jenelle Evans recently sent a cease and desist letter to her Teen Mom 2 co-stars Kailyn and Chelsea Houska and asked that they stop talking about her in the media, but Kail fired back after Jenelle shared a misleading article that claimed Kail might not know if her ex Chris Lopez is the father of her third son Lux.

Even though Leah isn’t currently dating anyone, fans are very proud of how far Leah has come since her rehab stint in 2015 and they really want to see her settle down with a good man after going through two divorces. Now that she’s on good terms with both of her ex-husbands, she’s particularly flirty with her ex Jeremy Calvert — but when a fan pointed out that they should give their relationship a second chance, Leah shut it down quickly. “We’re terrible for each other…but great friends,” she wrote.
