The last interview Lea Michele did before the sudden death of her boyfriend Cory Monteith has now been published in Marie Claire Mexico. In the heartbreaking interview, Lea calls Cory "the best person I know."
The Glee co-stars were a real life couple planning to move in together when Cory died suddenly at the age of thirty-one in a hotel room in Vancouver. Cory's death was ruled an accidental overdose of alcohol and heroin.

"It’s more interesting having a relationship with someone you work with because we get more attention because we play boyfriend and girlfriend on the show and we are also in real life," Lea told the magazine, adding, "It is important to have someone that supports you and encourage you, someone that makes you feel that you are unstoppable, that you can do anything in the world because you have him."
Marie Claire Mexico's editor in chief adds that Cory even showed up to the interview and photoshoot to support his girlfriend, and that the actor was kind and friendly and posed for pictures with fans.

Lea is not currently giving interviews, although pals told In Touch that the actress and singer is "in a haze of disbelief." Filming on the fifth season of Glee has been briefly postponed while producers rework Cory's storyline. Creator Ryan Murphy said that the show will kill off Cory's character, Finn, and air a special tribute episode.
