"On July 24, 2015, an investigator from the Westchester County District Attorney's Office downloaded child pornography from an IP (internet protocol) address in Westchester County. The District Attorney's Office began its investigation and pursuant to a subpoena, it was determined that the IP address was assigned to the defendant's home. A search warrant was subsequently executed at the defendant's home address,” Westchester Country District Attorney, Janet DiFiore said in a statement.
