While the temperature rises, Lauren Conrad reveals her healthy diet and workout plan for bikini season. So what’s the secret to her toned abs, arms and legs? A special workout designed by her trainer, Jarett Del Bene, called the Body Box. “It combines boxing with circuit training,” Del Bene tells In Touch. Del Bene has Lauren, 23, do a boxing circuit in which she uses punching and kickboxing to work on strength and conditioning. She also does squats using her own body weight. “It’s really a full-body workout,” explains Del Bene. “Lauren doesn’t get bored because the high-intensity combos are always changing.” Along with Del Bene’s workouts two to four times a week, Lauren also follows a healthy diet, eating five to six small meals and consuming between 1,200 and 1,500 calories a day. All that hard work has paid off. “She got more intense with the workouts,” says Del Bene, “and she’s leaned out and ready for summer!”
