Laura Govan Isn’t The “Whore” Who Got Pregnant by Tamar Braxton’s Husband, Vincent Herbert

She didn't hold anything back! Braxton Family Values star Tamar Braxton shocked fans when she filed for divorce from her husband Vincent Herbert after nearly 10 years of marriage, but fans were completely blindsided when she took to Instagram in the early hours of Saturday, Dec. 30, to reveal the real reason for their split. In a now-deleted Instagram post, Tamar accused her estranged husband of cheating on her with a woman who is believed to be Basketball Wives LA star Laura Govan and she even claimed that Vince got Laura pregnant, but now Laura is setting the record straight and she's clearing her name.

Laura spoke out and she said she's not a homewrecker and she said that she isn't the "whore" who is allegedly pregnant with Vince's love child, according to TMZ. Laura said she's never hooked up with Vince and she's currently not pregnant and she's actually in a relationship with someone else. She also said that her ex and baby daddy Gilbert Arenas is the one who started the nasty rumor about her and Vince, and he's the one who told Tamar the false information.

The drama initially started when Tamar posted — then deleted — a lengthy rant on Instagram detailing all of the details about her husband's alleged affair with another woman.

“Vincent Herbert is Having [sic] a baby and his Whore [ssic] decided to let me know about it tonight!!" she wrote, according to a fan-obtained screenshot. "That stupid broke a– whore should check public records on Christmas before she goes through with it!! He called her back (despite of his protection order) begging and lying…like he’s hanging out with joe [sic] and Rocxi (from BET) oh yeah…that’s creditable [sic]…no shade…however, before u [sic] judge me know the FACTS!! He’s a real piece of work!! SMH happy new year folks!! Ladies and gentlemen know that 2018 is a fresh start and if I can leave this liar u [sic] can leave yours too.”

Even though Tamar didn't name the woman in her original post, gossip blog Fameolous published a screenshot where Tamar allegedly responded to an Instagram comment and identified the woman as Laura.

Tamar's Instagram takedown of her estranged hubby and his alleged mistress came just days after Tamar got Vince arrested, according to TMZ. On Christmas Day, Vince was arrested for spousal assault and he was released on $20,000 bail, but further details have not been revealed about what led to his arrest. Tamar also had an order of protection against him, which she alluded to in her initial Instagram post.
