Lamar Odom is reportedly in need of a kidney transplant.
Shortly after it was alleged that his kidneys were failing and he was on dialysis, a source close to the 35-year-old father tells Us Weekly that the former baller “definitely” needs a transplant.

In addition to the damage to his kidneys, his loved ones are most concerned with his potential brain injury, which he reportedly endured after allegedly suffering several strokes.
“The doctors just don’t know the extent of all the damage yet. There are still a lot of tests that need to be done,” an insider says. “He’ll get more of his motor skills back gradually, but cognitively, he’s not where he used to be.”

While the transplant list is infamous for sometimes taking years to help patients in need, Lamar — and his kidneys — are in luck; countless fans have already volunteered to donate their organs to the troubled athlete.
