After three months in Cedars-Sinai hospital in LA, Odom completed his "transition to the next stage of his miraculous recovery at a new facility," said maternal aunt JaNean Mercer in a statement released to ABC News and other outlets.
"Lamar continues to make remarkable strides, and we are asking that you continue to respect our privacy," Mercer said. "We THANK ALL OF YOU GREATLY, your support has been paramount in helping to uplift us during these past few difficult months."
It's a huge step for Lamar and his loved ones, including estranged wife Khloé Kardashian and his children Lamar Jr., 13, and Destiny, 17.

As In Touch Weekly reported Friday, Odom was ready to be moved to rehab any day. His aunt and family spokeswoman Alvina Alston confirmed the news late on Friday, saying he got out of the hospital and was transferred to the other facility "earlier this week." Us Weekly reported the move happened Wednesday.
Odom's recovery has been long, slow and extremely difficult. But his progress has improved recently and he's now able to walk without help. He spent Christmas in his hospital room with his two children, Lamar Jr. and Destiny; Lamar Jr. shared the first photo of his father since his medical crisis.
