In an exclusive interview with In Touch, Kristin Cavallari admits that she has to change the channel when her old MTV reality shows, Laguna Beach and The Hills, hit the air.
From 2004 to 2010, she was at the center of all the drama but she insists you won't catch her watching the repeats. “Hell, no!” says Kristin, now 30. “They make me cringe!”

“But I don’t regret anything because as cliché as it sounds, it got me to where I am today,” the mother of three admits.

“There are a few things I wish I would’ve done differently, and some scenes I am not necessarily proud of. I was a little obnoxious. But I was a baby! No one should have a camera in their face from ages 17 to 22,” the jewelry designer explains.

As for a Hills reunion, Kristin says she “would love” to have one and says that she still talks to Audrina Patridge and Heidi Montag all of the time.
